A commercial issue is easier to address when the contract requirements, instructions and supporting records are understood. MCS can review the available information and help prepare a clear, substantiated position.

Support may be needed before an appointment is agreed, as change develops during delivery or when an account needs attention. The work is scoped around the particular issue, the information available and the dates that matter.

The team's commercial management and estimating experience includes campus refurbishment, insurance reinstatement, dilapidations and listed buildings, including work with incomplete or evolving scope information.

Relevant team experience includes SBCC Design & Build and Without Quantities, NEC Option A and Option E, term and framework contracts, schedule-of-rates work, and lump-sum and remeasurable packages. Each review considers the actual contract and amendments provided.
